Tundish Well Block

Introduction:
Changxing Refractory supplies refractory nozzles in a number of different compositions to best suit the operating conditions of steel ladle. Nozzles are available in alumina qualities (with and without carbon additions, zirconia additions, and/or chrome additions) to best resist the slag chemistry. Nozzles are either pressed or pre-cast depending on the composition.

Advantages:
1. These shapes can be pre-fired if necessary to ensure optimum performance.
2. These pieces are custom designed for a specific ladle with attention to total life, free open performance and cost.

Introduction:
An impact plate formed from a refractory material for reducing the turbulence of a molten metal poured therein. The impact pad has a plurality of sidewalls, each sidewall having a plurality of spherically shaped portions. The spherically shaped portions disperse the molten metal in a variety of directions.

Advantages:
They are characterized by good slag resistance, high hot strength and long service life. Such products can be rationally matched according to requirements by processing, service time and cleaness of molten steel.

Application:
good thermal shock resistance, high temperature resistance, good erosion resistance and long service time.
