Steel fiber reinforced low cement refractory castable

A heat-resistant steel fiber of a certain size is added to a castable refractories in a mixture consisting of a refractory material aggregate, a binder and an admixture to become

a steel fiber reinforced refractory castable. Compared with castables without heat-resistant steel fireclay refractories, the castable has the following characteristics:
1, can inhibit castable in the curing, baking and high temperature use in the contraction;
2, to improve the toughness of castable, anti-mechanical impact and mechanical strength;
3, to improve the thermal shock resistance of castable;
4, to prevent the cast material generated within the micro-cracks in the thermal stress and mechanical stress under the expansion or extension caused by the occurrence of fracture or peeling.
